NZCH Llanfair Astra is a lovely young dam with good conformation and attitude. She has been made up to NZ Show Champion status.
Astra has a gentle temperment and is a ‘little princess’ at home when she wants a cuddle but out in the field she is extremely alert to game and is a ‘tomboy’ to equal her brothers.
We are delighted that Astra has recently had her first litter producing 7 lovely pups and has proved to be wonderful mum like her mother, Madigan. We used imported semen from Clumbrolds Kennels, Sweden; using the sire SUCH Clumbrolds Kilkenny.

Llanfair Berthe is one of seven wonderful pups, NZCH Slyvkin Madgan of Llanfair whelped in September 2011 being sired by SUCH Clumbrolds Bartender.
“Lemon” coloured at birth her markings are becoming more bold with each month. Berthe is doing well in the show ring – having received 4 Challenge Certificates and is improving with age. She is a bundle of joy to her owners and they are delighted with her great Welsh temperament and love of life.

Llanfair Boudicca has taken on the mantel of ‘Roaring Meg of Ngongataha’. Here, life is certainaly one of great adventure and learning from Grand Uncle Montague (Welshie now aged 12 years).
She is very fortunate to have both desired facets of a Welsh i.e. Very good structure and great bird drive. Meg has delighted her owners Robyn and Dennis Ward who in time aim to develop her skills in the show ring and in the field.

Llanfair Cymri has headed off to Northland to enjoy her new life with owners Bruce and Angela McGregor. Cymri has been a delight as a little pup and we are sure that she will be the apple of Bruce and Angela’s eye and also a favourite with the grandchildren.
